As you recall, I had been slacking on my workouts. I admitted it and I moved forward. I have been steadily working out 3 to 4 times a week and plan on jumping it next week to 5 to 6 times since that will mark a month or so that I have been working out.
Unfortunately, I struggle, like others, to keep going. I have the “will” to do it but my interest lacks. So I have been changing it up every week. I still have my designated days to workout upper body, lower body, core, cardio, etc. But I needed to change up the workout while doing these muscle group workouts.
I have always loved Jessica Alba’s arms. Not only her arms but her shoulders. Since there has been much talk about her in recent magazines, it was easy to find an arm workout that will help you get Jessica Alba arms. I am sure it is a condense version but I will take it since it is right up my alley, being only 40 minutes.

I love intervals and will be doing that part but instead of jogging, I will be doing a brisk walk and then sprinting. I usually alternate walking and sprinting with a minute each.
